1. Reporting directly to Managing Director such as managing calls, appointments, calendars, diary

4. Handles company insurance (Workmen's Compensation, Public Liability, Fire & Burglary, Marine Cargo, Group Medical Insurance & etc)
5. Coordinate with Embassies / Consulates, Travel Agencies, Hotels, Rent-a-car companies & organizing and preparing complex travel itineraries (visa applications, ticket and hotel reservation and etc.)
6. Relay directives, instructions and assignment to staff as directed by MD.

9. Responsible to conduct Human Resources Management and other employee matter such as recruiting staff - includes developing job descriptions, preparing job advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing, selecting candidates & training.
10. Processing Employee Services Application (Employment/Residence Visa, CEC, Health Card, EIDA, Employment Contract, End of Service & etc) using JAFZA Portal.
11. Provides Salary Certificates, Salary Transfer Letter, Employment Certificate, No Objection Letter, & etc. as per employee requests.
12. Arrange Employee's Medical, Emirates ID Biometric Tests, Trainings (Basic First Aid Training,
13. Fire Fighting Training, Safety Training, & etc.
14. Monitoring of Staff's attendance sheet, benefits, leave monitoring, annual flight ticket entitlement and medical reimbursement and claims.
15. Arrange office equipment's maintenance and general service; maintains office supplies by checking stocks; placing and expediting orders; evaluating new products.
16. Responsible for Trade License Renewal, Digital Certificate Renewal, Civil Defense Subscription, Contracts Renewal & etc.
17. Represent the company at different offices like Airport Embassies, Police Station Ministries/Municipalities and other government Departments.
18. Processing company vehicle registration / renewal at RTA Portal.
19. Prepares Sales & Custom Documents (Proforma Invoice, Sales Invoice, Purchase Orders, Service Order, Offers/Quotation, Internal Transfer Documents & etc).
20. Prepares Material Submittals.
21. Tracking of shipment.
22. Processing application for Certificate of Origin at Dubai Chamber Portal.
23. Processing custom declaration using E-Mirsal II system (Import, Internal Transfer Documents & Free Zone Transit Out for Duty Exempted).
24. Custom Stock Inventory Bill of Entry/Exit (In & Out) reconciliation.
25. Processing visitors & material gate pass.
26. Assist accounts department in preparing landed cost.
27. Monitoring of petty cash / cash disbursement and preparing monthly report.
28. Prepare VAT refund report.
