Sales Application Engineer - Omnix International

This profile will be responsible for all aspects of the Pre-sales and Post-sales Technical support

activities to our industrial customers including requirement gathering, demonstration,

Installations, after sales technical support and training delivery.

 Application Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of the Pre-sales Post-sales

Technical support activities to our industrial customers.

 Responsible for proper requirement collection from customers.

 Demonstration (Presentation) on Software: Customized demonstration preparation,

Proper management of demonstration

 Implementation (Installation) of Software licenses and implementation/ Installation of

software tool at client end

 Training orientation program at client end or at organization to client employees

 Technical supports it includes Pre-sales and Post-Sales support activities, which

involves provision of support, troubleshooting, end-to-end client servicing on software

solutions. in all aspect to the customers.

 Report and documents management for installations and trainings for customers.
